At DIY Art Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor projects. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused kits and supplies in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all brushes, paints, and canvases are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
